You know - this made me grumpy! Cuz I checked out the house we LEFT in Southern California... and in the 8 years we've been gone it has TRIPLED in price!!!! It is ALMOST DOUBLE the cost of the house we are currently living in here in Colorado... ugh!! Timing is everything!!! ha! Still, this is a cool site!!
Two things stopping me from selling our place at this juncture:
1) The consensus, reached by several different models and theorists, is that the housing market will continue to appreciate here at a reasonable 12% clip per annum, and

Dan...that sucks. Gives me resolve to hold on to our house here in Jupiter as long as humanly possible:)
Our place is worth major, major buckage. Wow!
